The Eastern Health AH TTP Program is a 2 year program that incorporates innovative strategies to support and develop our AH workforce for the future.
What we offer:
- Structured 2 year learning and development program
- Multi- layered support
- Monthly professional development
- Monthly peer group interdisciplinary reflection and learning
- Interprofessional career building study days
- Sense of belonging with fellow early career professionals informally and formally
- 2 intakes; an early and mid-year intake depending on when you commence your role
Places are offered to allied health professionals who meet our eligibility criteria (see below) who join Eastern Health via our usual recruitment processes. Please note – the AH TTP is not a recruitment program.
Eligibility:
- Allied health Professions including: physiotherapy, social work, occupational therapy, speech pathology, dietetics, psychology and podiatry
- ≤ 12 months of health care experience
- ≥12 month contract with Eastern Health
